Kathleen Villarino, MS, RDN is currently a Clinical Dietitian at Rockland Children’s Psychiatric Center. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Long Island University, an Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Certificate from Montclair State University, and a Master of Science in Nutrition Education from Montclair State University. She completed her Dietetic Internship at the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy. Kathleen has experience in the areas of clinical dietetics, food service, food and nutrition policy, nutrition informatics, public health research, and community nutrition. Some notable places where she has done her Dietetic Internship include AeroFarms, BALANCE eating disorder treatment center, Harlem Hospital, SPE Certified, and Martha McKittrick Nutrition. Previously, Kathleen was a Clinical Dietitian at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, New Jersey, where she was responsible for providing nutrition coverage to various units, including Telemetry, Medical/Surgical, Oncology, Psychiatry, Transitional Care, and Pregnancy. In her free time, Kathleen enjoys cooking, reading, watching culinary-related shows, and exploring the Tri-State area for delicious food to enjoy.
